The Carrizo Springs Dental Clinic has provided services to Dimmit and Zavala Counties since 1980. We provide preventive, restorative and endodontic (root canal) services. Our friendly and helpful staff have been with us for over 30 years. Dr. Nelson and his staff are committed to providing the highest standard in dental care.
